I have received nothing but a pending email almost a week ago and have gotten no reply form the customer care team in nearly 3 days even though the site guarantees a response in 36 hours. have I made a big mistake with them??

We booked all our tours through viator earlier this year, (and also in New York and Dubai) and had no problems with confirmation more or less straight away. The only time I had to contact the customer services team it did take a few days to get a response, and a couple of reminders.

I have finally heard back and of course they cannot fulfil the booking. Will have to look elsewhere. Thanks for letting me know how you found them though.
