Planet Hollywood Or Bally's

Me and a friend are going to Vegas for 4 nights at the end of February and are looking into booking hotels. We have gone before, and stayed at the IP and we didn%26#39;t mind it but thought we would upgrade, because the prices are not much different. Trying to decide between Bally%26#39;s and Planet Hollywood.. We are in our twenties, like to go out alot, but will not have tons of spending money. We liked the location of the IP but its not really that big of a deal. Which do you recommend? Thanks.

Bally%26#39;s would be a lot better than PH, the location is great and it is connected to Paris via inside walkway.. The rooms are larger and you can get a great view of the Bellagio fountains. Bally;s has better CW service than PH. Also at PH you have a lot of timeshare people that drive you crazy in trying to get you to go.

Have a great time in whatever you decide.

Bally%26#39;s does have the slightly more central location but you say that it%26#39;s not such a big deal. PH is in a great spot anyway and you can also get great views of the Bellagio fountains from some of the rooms there.

The big factor for me would be your ages and that you like to party. PH is really pushing itself at people like you right now and I think you%26#39;d enjoy staying there a lot more than Bally%26#39;s with its slightly older clientele.

I%26#39;m with blagger on this one. PH is more likely to appeal to you than Bally%26#39;s.

PH since it%26#39;s geared towards the younger set. Bally%26#39;s skews older and I think PH%26#39;s location is pretty good, too.

I%26#39;m with PH as well. Bally%26#39;s seems a little more sedate. I think both locations are great.

i stayed in ballys recently, i liked it, my wife hated it. the rooms were quite tired,its only for sleeping. i loved the casino. great location on the strip. ph is still being renovated.. quite a few bad reports on here lately. good trip.

PH hands down. European soaking tub!!! Fun casino, good location and buffet is really good.

Thanks for all the feedback... I am leaning more towards Planet Hollywood but am concerned that the pool is closed during the winter (I%26#39;m from Canada- swimming in December is fine by me). At Bally%26#39;s I read that the pool is closed as well but they allow you to go over and use Paris%26#39; pool. Does Planet Hollywood have anything like this? Or can you pretty much use any pools you want as long as you act like you are staying there? Thanks again!!
