Just curious, but I%26#39;ve read in some places that Vegas is not that busy during the two weeks leading to Christmas. Mostly locals and international travelers. Any opinions on this from some who have been during this time of year?
vegas two weeks before Christmas
It%26#39;s less busy than other times of the year.
My opinion is this is fine - less crowds
Some shows will be dark, check schedules.
Do you have a specific Q or concern?
vegas two weeks before Christmas
no real concerns other than construction near the Hilton vacation club at the south end of the strip. We%26#39;re staying there and I hear there is an awful lot of construction, though we don%26#39;t plan on spending too much time at the hotel.
Not exactly true, after the 15th then yes. The NFR is in town from 12-6 to 12-15 and it is very busy. So from the 16th to the 29th it is very slow.
Actually, the second half of the rodeo is not nearly as busy as the first week, and the deals available on room rates reflect that.
