Can anyone point me in the direction of cancelling a booking at the Orleans online.

I have looked everywhere but don%26#39;t see an option to cancel.

Looks like you may need to call them...here is the phone number:

1-800-675-3267

Also here is the policy about room reservations if you need it:

Room Reservation Terms %26amp; Conditions:

Reservations require a one night room %26amp; tax deposit by valid credit card at the time of booking.

Same credit card must be presented at the time of check-in.

A credit card authorization will be run at check-in and held until the time of your departure.

A valid credit card is required with an authorized amount of $100 per stay for incidental charges.

Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will forfeit deposit collected.

No-Shows will forfeit the deposit collected.

No pets are allowed.

Must be 21 years or older to check-in and every guest room must be occupied by at least one, 21 years of age or older.

Room type is a request only and is not guaranteed.

Rates not inclusive of Resort Fee ($5 per room, per day).

Hope that helps!!!!

You will need to call their toll free number 1-800-675-3267 to cancel.

There was also this e-mail on their website which you could try....but I think I%26#39;d call to be sure...

To contact The Orleans Hotel, please send e-mail to CoastRes@coastcasinos.net or call 1-800-ORLEANS (1-800-675-3267).

Thanks folks.

I did send a mail to the address online cancelling a few months ago but as they have still not refundedthe deposit I take it they are still expecting me.

I suppose if it is just the first nights payment I will lose with a no show I recon it would be more trouble trying to cancel.

You can%26#39;t be serious!!!!

Whatever time and expense are involved in calling the hotel, it%26#39;s certainly worth it to get your deposit refunded. No brainer......

Hahaha Blagger no brainer hahaha

I was on the phone yesterday to the PH to sort a booking and the phone call from the UK must have cost me a fair few quid but my first night deposit that was taken from me was $22 so I reckon I can afford to let them have it ;)

lcmeler, it%26#39;s a myth that international calls are expensive nowadays. Twenty years ago perhaps when the big phone companies operated as virtual monopolies, but nowadays with the intense competition you can make calls for pennies if you use certain prepaid cards or place certain prefixes before the number that divert your call to a third party billing agent. This is especially true on high volume routes such as UK-US where dozens of companies are competing.

Anyway, it%26#39;s your money. If you%26#39;re happy to lose it then so be it.

Correct there Blagger and at 1 English penny a minute then it was cheap.

I was really concerned that I would be charged the full price for the whole 10 days that I had originally booked there but as it is only a night then thats ok with me and the few dollars that I will lose is nowt to the money I will lose in Vegas anyway ;)

You see I don%26#39;t go to win, just to enjoy myself then if I do have a win then thats all a bonus.

Anyway thanks for the help

Dial 0844 861 2121 before the 001 and it will only cost 1p/min to call the US.

We cancelled the Orleans by email back in the summer, the credit card charge was refunded within 4 weeks.
