Imperial Palace, Monte Carlo or Treasure Island?

Hi all

7 adults age ranging from 25 to 55 for 1 week in April.

What hotel do you think is the best?

Tabitha :-)

Imperial Palace, Monte Carlo or Treasure Island?

Treasure Island would be the best, followed by Monte Carlo.

Imperial Palace, Monte Carlo or Treasure Island?

Why don%26#39;t you check various hotel sites? Everyone has different tastes. Do you want a big suite? How many rooms?...many factors involved.

Monte Carlo has the best pool of the bunch. Treasure Island offers more nighlife. Imperial Palace has the better location, but rooms and pool are rather basic and food there is not the best.

If it were me, I%26#39;d choose Monte Carlo.

I don%26#39;t know if you should use IP in the same sentence with TI and MC as the IP is pretty much a dump.

The younger crowd will like TI more as there is more nightlife available there, however the pool is rather boring. The mature folks in your crowd will prefer MC over TI as it is more elegent and refined.

I think MC would suit your age range - great pool, a few new hip spots opened up for the younger ones and it is definetely the most upscale feeling. I love TI to hang out and party, so that might not be where you want to stay :)

I have never stayed at IP and have only been in once to sample the VERY strong mai tais - I didn%26#39;t care for the casino myself, but I know a lot of people on here like the property because it offers a great location and clean accomodations for very little $$. Depending on what you are thinking about doing, perhaps this might be good (I don%26#39;t think if you want spa, better food, etc that this would be right however)

Hi, Tabitha! If you prefer playing with the MGM properties, then the MC would be great! It%26#39;s kind of around the MGM cluster of hotels......

Bellagio, MC, MGM, Luxor, Excal, etc. etc. And, even though the TI is a MGM property, it, to me, is more centrally located to the HET properties. TI and Mirage are kinda in the midst of Caesars, Harrah%26#39;s, Flamingo, IP...etc. etc......I%26#39;m a firm believer in play where you stay....

As far as rooms go, I personally liked TI%26#39;s rooms best out of those three choices. Followed by MC, and IP dead last.........(I stayed there ONCE in 1988, and it was old then! LOL)

As far as pool goes, MC has a great pool/lazy river/ wave pool. Then the TI, which is a standard pool but has lush landscaping....and again dead last is IP which is a rectangle on the roof!!

TI...by far...then MC..last IP.............TI has a good location. You can walk to many properties from there. Slotto

Not IP...

Hi

First time we visited LV we stayed at the Monte Carlo and had a great time. It is not as big as some of the other%26#39;s and LV can be overwelming on your first visit, going back in the evening to the Monte Carlo was like taking a rest although the casino noise is loud, it seams louder than some of the others. I have not stayed at the other properties you mention but have visited them. TI was not to our tastes and the IP can%26#39;t be to many people%26#39;s taste at all. I have been to their car museum and just going in their lifts and seeing some of their corridor%26#39;s was enough for us, we would never pick that one, there are many more hotel%26#39;s that are of better quality. But yes it is center strip.

TI is in my opinion by far the nicest of those 3, then MC then IP. I think TI really would cater to the entire group, it is connected via walkway to the Fashion Show Mall and via free tram to Mirage. CP, Venetian, Harrahs, Wynn etc are all very close by.
