Was looking on google earth tonight. I noticed a golf course and large building with pools just North of the Venetian. Is this a new hotel?
New Hotel??You%26#39;re asking about either Palazzo (New hotel that is a sister property to the Venetian). Or, you live in a cave and just found out about the Wynn.

Wynn is the only one with a golf course on the Strip, so it had to be that.
The Palazzo is between the Wynn and the Venetian...it%26#39;s scheduled to open December 20th.
But I%26#39;m thinking you%26#39;re talking about the building of the new Wynn Encore north of the Wynn:

What you were looking at had to have been Wynn. There is no golf course at Palazzo. I%26#39;m not even sure where the Palazzo pool is going to be as there is no room on the site except on the roof or in front of the building.
Clarification - the Palazzo web site says the pool deck is ';overlooking the Las Vegas Strip';, so it will be on the front side of the building.
