Is the Rio Wine cellar any good ?????

Quite fancy the idea of going to the wine cellar to see the collection and try a few wines. Has anyone been and do they think it is worthwhile?

We went in September 2003 and enjoyed it the experience. The best thing about the cellar was the wine. The ambiance was lacking somewhat but the wine list was varied and the wine steward very helpful. All in all had a good time and will be going again this December. Enjoy, Dr. Carla

Yes I think it is worthwhile for you to go. If you like to sample different wines and it was very interesting.

Definitely worthwhile. Great place to relax, try a flight of wine and some good cheese. One of my favorite places in LV.

Was there in June and really enjoyed it. My husband and I each had 2 flights and a cheese sample - total bill was less than $100 but we didn%26#39;t choose the most expensive flights either. We will be going back again in Dec.

anyone know of any other wine bars with flights/tastings on the menu - if so, are they as good as the wine cellar? thanks

My Wife and I always enjoy the wine cellar at Rio. We ussually order a flight or a bottle witha cheese flight. We ate and drank so much we skipped dinner. The collection is huge. Well worth a visit.
