Las Vegas strip hotel implosions

Hi everyone,

Can someone help me out and point me in the right direction please. We are trying to find a website that knows when the next hotel implosion is due. Would love to fly over from Australia to LV to watch one live. (I need any sort of excuse to return to LV. Was last there in Aug this year!). Thanks

You could check LasVegastodayandtomorrow.com but I am not sure if it lists them until its very close to the time.

You are right though it is very cool to see. I saw a small one (Bourbon Street) and though small was cool.

They are often postponed at the last minute because of higher than acceptable winds. I don%26#39;t think it would be wise to plan a trip around one- and to be honest I don%26#39;t know of any coming up anythime soon.Can%26#39;t think of anything that%26#39;s been sold of late that isn%26#39;t already down. Those websites thatwere suggested are good sources of information though.

There seems to be very little available information on implosions.

Prior to our recent visit we had heard it mentioned on here that the New Frontier was to be imploded during our trip. However, despite checking the local news every day, asking every taxi driver we met and searching the internet we didn%26#39;t get any confirmation that it was going to happen until the very day. Even the New Frontier hotel itself wasn%26#39;t the hive of activity you would expect it to be in the days running up to the scheduled implosion.

My parents%26#39; hotel room at TI had a perfect view of the implosion and it was one of the highlights of our trip.
